Since opening the doors to our business in 2000, Excel Handyman Service, a family owned and operated business, has been fully dedicated to client satisfaction. In all that we do, we strive to work meticulously and with integrity in order to provide high-quality results in all our projects.
After speaking with many people in the community, we realized a Home Watch service was very much needed. So many Ajo-ites leave to beat the summer heat and return to a vandalized home or stolen items. We understand that even items that have more of a sentimental value are priceless treasures to you.
Each Ajo Home Watch inspection is set up specifically customized to your needs for your home.

Basic Services
Included in All Packages
Basic services include interior and exterior services AND we utilized the HomeWatchIT app that tracks the representative via GPS coordinates, date, time and full checklist customized to your very needs.

Additional Services

Sometimes customers need more than what is covered in the Basic package.

Pre-Storm / Post-Storm Checks
Storms Happen
Ajo Home Watch will send out an alert email if there is a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Warning for the area. At your request, we’re able to check on your home pre-storm, ensure that all furniture is inside, all shutters are down and preform any requests for your property. Post-storm, Ajo Home Watch will inspect your property, look for visible signs of damage, take photos and send a detailed report to owner.

How We Do It
Our Company uses business management software provided by Home Watch IT.
The reports we send you are all professionally produced by us, using software that captures the GPS coordinates as well as time and date that correspond to the report's creation.
You have infallible evidence that your home was visited should you ever have an insurance claim or other need.
